Reservation:
For a confirmed reservation we request an advance payment in the amount of EUR 200.00 per room or flat by bank transfer in euros, free of charge for the recipient within 14 days.


Payment:
The hotel invoice can only be settled in cash. We do not accept credit or debit cards.


Arrival and departure:
Check-in: from 2 p.m. onwards
Check–out: by 10 a.m.
Should your journey be delayed and you arrive after 6 p.m., we ask that you inform us of this shortly.


Parking:
There is ample parking space available for the use of our guests.


Non-smoking suites:
We ask that you do not smoke in our rooms or flats respectively. Thank you for your understanding.


Pets:
For reasons of hygiene, pets are unfortunately not permitted during your stay with us.


Ski passes:
Upon your arrival you will receive the guest card. Once completed fully and correctly, this is to be presented at the cable car stations so that you can receive the VIP ski pass for the Ischgl-Samnaun ski area at a considerable reduction.


Cancellation:
Cancellations will only be valid if made in writing. No cancellation fee will be charged up to three months prior to the agreed date of arrival at the latest. Up to 1 month prior to arrival, 40% of the total agreed price will be invoiced. Up to 1 week prior to the date of arrival, 70% of the total agreed price will be invoiced, and in the last week 90%. Should fewer people arrive than the reserved number, the price for the whole suite will be charged. In cases of earlier departure or later arrival, the price for the days actually booked in the suite will be charged (no deductions).
